  • Sausage and other available charcuterie items are available for delivery at your home or business. Please call or email with your order and we will get back to you ASAP

    Orders:  Send us an email and we can work out product, discuss prices and the time/place of delivery or pickup.  Our current selection is as follows:
    
    Sausages: Mexican Chorizo, Thai, Gouda, Boudin Noir, Smoked Cajun Andouille, Jagerwurst(Hunter's Sausage), Jalapeno Cheddar, Bratwurst, Kielbasa, Smoked Mozzarella, Hot & Sweet Italian, Venison & Chanterelle (seasonal availability)
    
    Charcuterie and other products: Duck Breast Prosciutto, Duck Confit, Pork Confit, Pancetta, Guanciale, Smoked & Glazed Holiday Ham, Molasses Smoked Face Bacon (Jowls), Duck Liver Pate, Sauerkrauts, Headcheese and assorted pickled products and condiments.  Please inquire for a detailed list.

    Main Courses

    Whole roast animals (poultry, pigs, lamb, goat) in a variety of styles

    •  w/ french rolls, pate, pickled veggies
    •  w/ couscous, cumin butter sauce
    •  BBQ w/ soft rolls, slaw, baked beans
